ITERNUM uses Audit Engagement software that enables our team members to work in a cloud-based paperless environment. All engagement work-papers are prepared and stored electronically in their respective engagement databases and periodically backed-up to an offsite location.

This software also serves as the primary resource to use a library function which facilitates to electronically download and use relevant and most up-to-date audit programs and templates as needed for different engagements.

Tax Software and Cloud Capability

ITERNUM uses “Pro-Series”, a professional tax preparation software, operating in a cloud environment.

Technical Research Tools

ITERNUM uses Reuters Checkpoint as a primary source of insightful interpretations on GAAP, GAAS, and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules.  A checkpoint is updated daily and is considered to be one of the timeliest and most comprehensive online databases of expertly written analytical interpretation of accounting and auditing matters.  Access to Checkpoint and a number of other research tools provide each professional with the technical research capability to enable an immediate response to client-specific technical issues.

Client Meetings

In addition to in-person client meetings, ITERNUM also uses Citrix “Join Me” portal for online meetings with staff and clients. This online audio and video portal allows screen sharing for group presentations.

Exchange of Documents

ITERNUM uses “Smartvault”, a secured file exchange platform, to exchange confidential documents with clients and staff.
